Please note - I live in rural Victoria and I'm not local to a post office therefore I only post items a couple of times a week, please get in touch before purchasing if you require an urgent delivery.

Selecting EXPRESS POST does not place your order at the front of the queue, it only changes the delivery timeframe once your order has been processed (see Australia Post website for more details).

Please be aware I am no longer sending orders internationally, due to global changes in privacy policy requirements which differ for each country, and the paperwork required for customs, it's just far too difficult. Also, because my jewellery is made from wood it may not be possible to send to your country. Thank you for your understanding.

Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept exchanges

Just contact me within: 3 days of delivery

Ship items back to me within: 14 days of delivery

I don't accept returns or cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Buyer to pay return shipping costs for exchanges or cancellations on items.
